01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the batbat platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

batbat reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of batbat following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account on batbat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative of any commercial entity.
• You do not hold any other active or suspended account on the batbat Platform.
• You have not previously been excluded from batbat under a self-exclusion request.
• You are not a batbat employee, contractor, agent, or a close relative of any such person.

batbat reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. batbat accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

03 Account Management

Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

Account Suspension and Closure

batbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Use of any software or technique designed to manipulate the outcome of games or to circumvent the Platform's security systems.
• Failure to pass identity, age, or source-of-funds verification checks.
• Chargebacks initiated against legitimate transactions on the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full, including any pending bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity.

Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting batbat support at support@batbat.ws. Please allow up to five business days for the closure to be processed. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

batbat currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time; refer to the cashier section of your account for the current list.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. batbat reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to five business days, subject to completion of identity verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit wherever technically possible. batbat does not accept or facilitate transfers to third-party accounts.

Currency

All transactions on batbat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). batbat accepts no responsibility for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate losses incurred by the user through third-party financial services.

Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit funds via fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities. batbat cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases of suspected financial fraud.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

batbat offers a range of promotional incentives, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific Terms & Conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. batbat reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and/or markets specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirement.
• batbat reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus schemes, including but not limited to collusion and the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

06 Gaming Rules and Conduct

General Rules

All games available on batbat — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. By participating in any game or market, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on batbat, including cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, are subject to batbat's Sports Betting Rules. batbat reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, data feed errors, or other exceptional circumstances as determined at our sole discretion.

Technical Faults

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, batbat reserves the right to declare any affected round or bet void and return stakes to the relevant accounts. batbat accepts no liability for losses attributable to technical faults on the user's device or internet connection.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the batbat Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploitation of software bugs or technical errors for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of matched betting or arbitrage betting intended to guarantee a risk-free profit across multiple platforms using batbat bonuses.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at batbat staff or other platform users.

07 Responsible Gaming

batbat is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of tools to help our members manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. batbat enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Minors are expressly prohibited from using the Platform under any circumstances. If we have reason to believe that a user is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately and return any deposited funds after satisfactory identity verification.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the batbat Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, and compilations, is the property of batbat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of batbat.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

batbat collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

batbat employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batbat, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

batbat does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall batbat's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims exceed the total deposits made by you to your batbat account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. batbat operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to fair play certified standards in all gaming operations.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you should first contact our support team at support@batbat.ws so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably. batbat aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.

batbat reserves the right to determine disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account conduct at its sole and final discretion, subject always to the principles of fairness and good faith.

12 Amendments and Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and batbat with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties.

batbat reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or Platform notification.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
